We understand that mistakes can happen, and sometimes an order needs to be cancelled shortly after it’s placed. At Honey Avenue, we offer a short window where cancellations are possible.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.

After this time, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

• Your order number

• The email address used at checkout

Requests sent after the 30-minute window will not be eligible for cancellation.

• Order edits (size, color, address changes) follow the same rules as cancellations and are only possible within the 30-minute window.

• We are unable to interrupt or recall orders that have already entered the processing stage.
