Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 0–1 business days.


How long is the delivery time?

Standard delivery takes 2–8 business days.
Your total delivery time is 2–9 business days.


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over US$79.
Orders under US$79 have a flat shipping cost of US$6.99.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Every order receives a tracking number once the package is shipped.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx).


What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

The carrier will attempt home delivery first.
If it can’t be delivered safely, your package will be sent to the nearest pickup point.


My package is delayed. What should I do?

Delays can happen due to weather or carrier issues.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@thehoneyavenue.com  and we’ll assist you.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

All items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition, including the outer packaging.

Sale items cannot be returned.


How do I request a return?

Email us at support@thehoneyavenue.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Before approval, you’ll be asked to send photos showing the package is completely unopened.


Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. Approved returns include a US$19 restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The return address will be provided once the return has been approved.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will not need to pay for the return shipping or the US$19 restocking fee.


Are shipping costs refundable?

No. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
This includes the US$6.99 shipping charge for orders under US$79.


How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds take up to 5 business days to appear back in your account.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the full return cost.

Please email us with clear photos and your order number, we’ll replace or refund immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 30 minutes of placing it.


Do you accept all major payment methods?

Yes. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.


My order shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Please check your mailbox, surrounding areas, and with neighbors.

If you still can't locate it, contact the carrier directly.

Do you comply with California consumer privacy laws?

Yes. Honey Avenue follows the CCPA/CPRA regulations.
California customers can request access, deletion, correction, or opt-out of data sharing.

Do you offer product exchanges?

No. Exchanges are not available.
If you want a different item or size, please place a new order.
